Booking Policy
Your appointment is scheduled by time. If more time is needed, please text your service provider as soon as possible to request a time adjustment. Your service provider may extend your service time based on retention or style change — rates are subject to change.
Adjustments to your appointments must be made 48 hours in advance. Any requests after will not be accepted and considered a No Show appointment. No Show appointments are required to submit 100% of the service fee within 24 hours of the missed appointment. This will be received through invoice via email.
If you are late, please contact your service provider as soon as possible. If you are 10 minutes late with no contact, your appointment will be considered a No Show.
Deposit + Payment Policy
Lash Extensions —
A $60 deposit must be submitted at the time of booking to secure your initial appointment. A $40 deposit will be credited to your next appointment. The remaining $20 balance will go towards your initial service total.A $40 deposit is required to remain on file for the remainder of your maintenance. Your deposit may be credited to a service per request.
Lash Lifts —
A $60 deposit must be submitted at the time of booking to secure your initial appointment. Your deposit will also reserve your aftercare serum that is required for your home care.
A $20 deposit must remain on file to secure your maintenance appointments. Deposits may be credited towards your services.
All payments are non-refundable.
Maintenance Policy
Lash Extensions —
To prevent scheduling conflicts, maintenance appointments are defaulted to dedicate 2 hours to upkeep your current set. Your current lash set must have at least 50% of your remaining lashes to qualify for 2 hours. If it is less than 50% or any changes are requested, more time may be required to fulfill a quality lash set. Additional fees will apply.
Lash Lifts —
Lash lifts require a maintenance lift every 6-8 weeks to upkeep your natural curl. It is recommended to schedule in advance.
Home care will play an important role in the longevity of your lash lift. Apply the lash serum included with your initial appointment morning and night daily to strengthen and nourish your natural lashes. The lash serum has a 3 month shelf life once opened. Please discard your serum after 3 months and contact your service provider to order a new one.
Health + Safety Policy
If you or a household family member is feeling ill, please text your service provider to reschedule your appointment. Symptoms may include — coughing, runny nose, fever, chills, shortness of breath, and loss of taste and/or smell.
At Emiko Esthetics, we adhere to the highest hygiene standards and all tools and surfaces are sanitized between clients.
Guest Policy
For safety and relaxation reasons, children and additional guests are not allowed during our service appointment.
