We appreciate your trust and commitment to your lash and brow care. Please review the following policies to ensure a smooth and professional experience.
Booking Policy
All appointments are scheduled based on the time required for each service. If you believe more time is needed due to low retention, a style change, or if you’re returning from another artist, please text us in advance at (808) 399-6944 to request a time adjustment. Additional time and charges may apply depending on your lash or brow condition.
Appointment changes or reschedules must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Requests made after this window will be considered a No Show and subject to the No Show policy below.
No Show Policy: Clients who miss an appointment without prior notice will be invoiced for 100% of the service fee, due within 24 hours via email.
Late Policy: If you are running late, please notify us immediately. Clients who are 10 minutes late without contact will forfeit their appointment and be considered a No Show.
Deposit & Payment Policy
Lash Extensions & Brow Laminations
A $40 deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your appointment. This deposit is non-refundable but may be applied toward your service total or a future appointment upon request.
Lash Lifts
A $20 deposit is required to reserve your appointment and will be applied toward your total.
Please note: Aftercare is not included for Lash Lifts or Brow Laminations but is highly recommended to be preordered at the time of scheduling to maintain optimal results.
Deposits are required to remain on file for all future appointments.
All payments and deposits are non-refundable.
Maintenance Policy
Lash Extensions
Maintenance appointments are scheduled for 2 hours by default. To qualify, at least 50% of your lash extensions must be intact. If less than 50% remain or a style change is requested, more time may be needed and additional fees will apply.
Lash Lifts
To maintain optimal curl and lash health, lifts should be repeated every 6–8 weeks.
Home care using our recommended lash serum is essential to prolong results and support lash health. Serums should be discarded 3 months after opening. Reorders can be made directly through us.
Brow Laminations
To maintain results, we recommend rebooking every 5–8 weeks depending on brow growth and hair texture. Using nourishing oils at home is advised between appointments.
Aftercare for both services is not included, but highly recommended for best results.
Health & Safety Policy
If you or someone in your household is feeling unwell, please contact us to reschedule. Common symptoms include: cough, fever, chills, runny nose, shortness of breath, or loss of taste/smell.
We maintain strict hygiene standards. All tools, surfaces, and materials are sanitized thoroughly between clients.
Guest Policy
To ensure a safe and relaxing environment, no children or additional guests are permitted during your appointment.
